Interior Design Affiliate Membership Program

This membership program is offered to eligible interior designers through our store in Indianapolis, IN. Approved members may use their membership to purchase for their clients anything we have available for sale in the store and receive a 10% commission on those purchases.

Membership Application

To apply for membership, please complete the application in the PDF below and submit it in person at the store.

Membership Qualifications

  • • Applicants must provide a W-9 form.
  • • Applicants must submit one of the following credentials:
    • - Business License
    • - Sales and Use Tax Permit
    • - Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Organization
  • • Applicants must provide proof of one of the following:
    • - Design related degree
    • - Membership in one of the following:
      • · ASID American Society of Interior Designers
      • · IIDA International Interior Design Association
      • · AIA American Institute of Architects
      • · IDS Interior Design Society
      • · CID Certified Interior Decorators International

Misuse of membership will result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: unauthorized use of Simply Amish trademarks or proprietary information; false or disparaging representations concerning Simply Amish products or services; use of membership for personal purchases; transfer of membership; allowing others to use the membership card; and submitting false, expired, or misleading information in connection with a membership application or client referral.

Qualifying purchases are eligible for the same benefits and product warranty as normal customer purchases. Qualifying purchases by your client must be made with you the member present or when you the member have arranged an appointment with one of our in house sales/designers for your client. The commission paid to you will be 10% of the purchase, net of taxes or ancillary charges. Normal sale prices that are being offered at the store at the time of the purchase will be applied to your clients order.

The commission will be paid after the delivery and full acceptance and payment of the product to your client. Membership must be in affect prior to the sale. Canceled or returned orders will void the commission paid to the member.

Membership Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set forth the terms and conditions of the membership in the Interior Design Affiliate Membership Program. Simply Amish may change the Interior Designer Affiliate Membership Program or these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Simply Amish will email a notice of any changes to the program to you. Any changed Terms and Conditions become effective upon being posted. Your continued use of your membership constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms and Conditions.

Simply Amish reserves the right to make all membership determinations at its sole discretion. Each interior designer must individually apply for membership. No companywide or group memberships will be granted.

Simply Amish respects your privacy. Simply Amish may from time to time send you emails concerning specials we are running at the store but we will never share your information with another party.

Employees of Simply Amish are not eligible to participate in this program.


The Interior Design Affiliate Membership Program applicant agrees to these terms and conditions and attests that they are an independent business, not affiliated with Simply Amish and nothing herein shall be construed to create in any manner whatsoever any employer-employee, principle-agent, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Simply Amish and the applicant/member or any of a member’s agents, subcontractors, referrals or employees.

Membership approval is contingent upon receipt of appropriate credentials and a completed application. Non-designer related business or professions do not qualify for this program. If you have your own employees, please be aware that each designer on your staff must individually apply for membership to this program.

This is a membership application and not an application for credit.

Membership is a privilege and is not transferable. The membership card may only be used for purchases by clients of a member named on the card and only at our store in Castleton, IN. Membership card is not valid for Gift Card purchases. We reserve the right to ask for a state issued photo I.D. with each purchase.
